1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Tina Gregory Insurance Agency LLC, doing business as Tina Gregory Agency ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares personal information through tinagregoryagency.com (the "Site"). Our owner is Tina Gregory.

We are a Missouri-licensed insurance agency and a Farmers Insurance® agency, with one office at 878 Dunsford Dr, Sullivan, MO 63080. Farmers is our primary company, along with Farmers Insurance Group companies such as Foremost® and Bristol West®. When Farmers isn't the best fit, we can quote policies from other companies, such as Progressive and Liberty Mutual, through Kraft Lake Insurance Agency, Inc., an agency owned by Farmers that is appointed only with non-Farmers insurance companies and acts as the agent of those companies. As an insurance agency, we are a "financial institution" under the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act ("GLBA"), and the personal information you give us to get insurance is also protected by Missouri's insurance privacy rules (20 CSR 100-6).

Each insurance company has its own privacy notice, and the company that issues your policy will send you its notice. For Farmers companies, see the Farmers Privacy Center and the Farmers Privacy Statement. Companies whose policies are placed through Kraft Lake provide their own privacy notices.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers information collected through the Site, including our guided quote form (/quote), our short quote request form (/quote-request), the ZIP-code quote starters on our coverage pages, and quote requests sent by AI assistants that use the tools published on this Site.

It does not cover the separate privacy practices of the insurance companies that underwrite and issue policies, or of Kraft Lake Insurance Agency. Once your information is sent to an insurer for a quote or for underwriting, that insurer's own privacy notice also governs how it handles your information. Information you give us by phone or in our Sullivan office is handled the same way this policy describes.

3. Information we collect

Information you give us directly

Depending on which form you use, we collect:

• Contact information — first and last name, phone number, email address, and ZIP code; on the guided quote form, also your street address, city, and state
• What you want quoted — the coverage type (for example auto, home, auto and home, renters, flood, business, or life), and whether you'd like a home quote added to an auto quote
• Personal details used for rating (sensitive) — on the guided quote form only: date of birth, gender, and marital status. We treat these as sensitive: we use them only to prepare your quote and never for advertising.
• Vehicle and driver information (sensitive) — year, make, and model of up to four vehicles, and the number of drivers in your household. Driver information is treated as sensitive.
• Home and property details — whether you own your home, property type, approximate age of the home, square footage, and number of stories
• Current insurance — whether your car and home are insured now and, if so, the name of your current insurance company
• Your requests and messages — on the short form, the best time to reach you and any notes you choose to add
• Your consent record — the consent wording you agreed to and its version, the button you clicked, the page you were on (and, on the guided quote form, the page that referred you), your browser's user-agent string, and the date and time you submitted

We do not ask for Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, payment card numbers, bank account information, or health information through this Site. If you later apply for coverage that needs that kind of information (for example, health questions for life insurance), we treat it as sensitive and it is collected by phone, in person, or through the insurance company's secure systems, not through this website.

Information collected automatically

• IP address and approximate location — on the guided quote form, a location service estimates your city, state, and ZIP code from your IP address so we can pre-fill part of the form
• Device and browser information — such as browser type and device type, which our hosting provider records in standard server logs
• Usage information — the page you submitted a form from and the page that referred you to it

Information from service providers

• Address suggestions — when you start typing your address on the guided quote form, Google Places suggests complete, standardized addresses
• Contact verification — AbstractAPI checks whether the email address and phone number you enter appear valid, which cuts down on typos and fraudulent submissions

4. How we use your information

We use the information described above to:

• Prepare and deliver the insurance quote you asked for
• Contact you about your quote and related insurance products and services by phone, text message, or email, as you agreed
• Send your information to the insurance company you ask us to quote (a Farmers company, or a non-Farmers company through Kraft Lake) so it can evaluate, price, and service your coverage
• Verify that the contact information you gave us is accurate
• Service your policy and answer your questions if you become a client
• Keep a record of your consent and honor your opt-out and Do Not Call requests
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
• Meet our legal, regulatory, and licensing obligations, including insurance recordkeeping requirements

Your personal information is not used to train artificial intelligence (AI) models, and we do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.

5. Who we share it with

We share your personal information only in these situations:

With the insurance company you ask us to quote

To quote and place your coverage, we share your quote information with the Farmers Insurance Group company that would write it (for example Farmers, Foremost, or Bristol West). If a company other than Farmers is a better fit and you'd like us to check, we share it with Kraft Lake Insurance Agency, Inc. and the non-Farmers company it quotes (for example Progressive or Liberty Mutual), or with the program that writes the coverage (for example the National Flood Insurance Program). Insurers may also get information about you from consumer reporting agencies, motor vehicle records, and insurance loss-history databases as part of underwriting.

With service providers under contract

We use a small number of vendors that process information for us and may use it only to provide services to us. They are listed in the Cookies and online tools table below, and include our website host, the service that delivers form submissions to our office, our customer relationship management (CRM) system, address and location lookup, contact verification, and our phone and messaging systems.

When the law requires it

We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or regulatory request, including examinations by the Missouri Department of Commerce and Insurance; to establish or defend legal claims; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our clients, our agency, or the public.

If our agency is sold or transferred

If our agency is sold, merged, or transferred, client information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to the protections in this policy.

With your permission

We will share your information in any other way only if you ask us to or give us permission.

6. We do not sell your information

We do not pass the contents of your quote form (your name, date of birth, address, phone, email, vehicles, drivers, home details, or insurance history) to Meta, Google, or any other advertising platform. Google's address lookup sees the address characters you type so it can suggest a complete address; it does not receive the rest of your form.

7. Calls, texts and Do Not Call

When you submit one of our forms, you agree that Tina Gregory Insurance Agency LLC (Tina Gregory Agency) and its licensed agents, and, for quotes from insurance companies other than Farmers, Kraft Lake Insurance Agency, may contact you by call, text message, and email about your insurance quote and related insurance products and services, including by automated technology and prerecorded or artificial voice, at the number and address you provided, as described in the consent wording shown with the form. That consent is not a condition of purchasing anything, and you can get a quote by calling us instead.

• Opting out of texts — reply STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or OPT OUT to any text. STOP ends automated texts from us to that number. We may send one confirmation text with no marketing content, and then we stop.
• Help — reply HELP to any text, or call (573) 358-4513.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Any reasonable way works — you can also revoke consent by telling us on a call, by email, by mail, or in person at our office. We honor revocations made by any reasonable means promptly and no later than 10 business days after we receive them.
• Calling hours — we place calls only between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. in your local time.
• Account messages — if you are a client and opt out, we will still reach you about an existing policy (for example renewals, billing, or claims) by manual phone call, email, or mail, not by automated text.

Do Not Call

If you ask us not to call or text you, we add your number to our internal Do Not Call list and honor that request for ten years, unless you later ask us to contact you again. Before making telemarketing calls to a number that has not given us consent and has no existing relationship with us, we check it against the National Do Not Call Registry and the Missouri No-Call list (RSMo 407.1098).

8. Cookies and online tools

This Site uses a small number of outside services. Each one may receive your IP address and basic browser information when your browser loads it.

Advertising measurement

The Meta Pixel from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) is active on the Site. It records the pages you view and counts a visit to our quote confirmation page as a quote request; it never receives what you entered. It may set cookies and receives your IP address and browser information, and Meta handles that information under its own privacy policy. We may add similar tools from Google later and will update this policy if we do. Some state laws treat this as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising even though no one buys your information. We never send these tools your form answers.

Your choices

• Global Privacy Control — if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of advertising-related sharing for that browser, and the Site does not load advertising measurement tools for it.
• Do Not Track — there is no common standard for browser "Do Not Track" signals, so the Site does not respond to them. We honor Global Privacy Control instead.
• Your browser and ad accounts — you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and adjust ad personalization in your Google and Meta account settings.
• Contact us — you can also ask us to opt you out using the details in How to reach us.

9. Your privacy rights

Under insurance privacy law

The federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and Missouri's insurance privacy rules (20 CSR 100-6) limit how nonpublic personal financial and health information collected in connection with insurance may be disclosed. Insurance law may also give you rights about information an insurer holds, including an explanation of an adverse underwriting decision. Many of these requests are handled by the insurance company, and we will help you reach the right place.

Our practice, for everyone

As of 2026, Missouri does not have a comprehensive consumer privacy law, and many other states' privacy laws exempt information already covered by the GLBA and insurance law. We don't think that's a reason to give you less. Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct information that is inaccurate
• Delete information we are not required to keep
• Opt out of advertising-related sharing
• Get a copy of the information you gave us

How to make a request. Call (573) 358-4513, email tgregory1@farmersagent.com, or write to the address below. We will verify your identity by matching details you have already given us before we release or delete information. You may use an authorized agent to make a request for you; we may ask for proof that you gave the agent permission and ask you to confirm your identity directly. We generally respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why, and we may extend once by up to 45 more days.

Appeals. If we decline your request, you may appeal by emailing or writing to us with the subject "Privacy Appeal" within a reasonable time after our decision. We will respond in writing within 60 days explaining what we decided and why. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Missouri Attorney General's Office or, for insurance questions, the Missouri Department of Commerce and Insurance at 800-726-7390.

We will not treat you differently for using any of these rights. Some records must be kept even if you ask us to delete them: insurance law and our agreements with the insurance companies require us to keep insurance transaction records for a set period.

10. How we protect your information

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) transmission of data submitted through this Site and access controls limiting who in our office can view client information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach of security affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by Missouri's breach-notification law (RSMo 407.1500) and any other law that applies. Please do not send Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, or financial account details to us by ordinary email.

11. How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and client records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal, regulatory, and insurance-company recordkeeping obligations, and longer where a policy, claim, or dispute requires it. We keep consent and opt-out records for as long as needed to prove and honor them, including ten years for Do Not Call requests. When information is no longer needed, we dispose of it securely.

12. Children's privacy

This Site is meant for adults shopping for insurance. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 through this Site. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it. (A parent may, of course, tell us about a teen driver in the household when asking for a quote.)

13. Third-party websites

Our Site links to websites we do not control, including Farmers and other insurance company websites, Google Maps, our Farmers agent profile, and our Facebook and Instagram pages. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them. Review their privacy notices before giving them information.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices, our tools, or the law change. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If we make a material change to how we use or share personal information, we will give more prominent notice before the change applies to information we already hold.
